The Construction of services and housing is being implemented as part of the Munsieville Urban Renewal Project in Krugersdorp which falls under the jurisdiction of the Mogale Local Municipality.
The project comprises of the construction of services (bulk & internal sewer and water reticulation), roads and storm-water infrastructure and houses to Horseshoe and Extension 5 in Munsieville which falls under Mogale City Local Municipality (MCLM).
